Simple math today finds out how much money in gas is spent driving through one mile of the connector each day:

Cars through the connector every day - 340,000

Multiplied by

Cost of a gallon of gas - $4

Divided by

Average Gas mileage of US cars - 25mpg

Equals

Amount of money spent driving through one mile of the connector a day - $54,400

This is just awesome. When you are buying a 1978 El Camino, you have to already know that you are taking the chance of buying a lemon, but maybe you will get lucky and the seller will tell you.  Like this local man who used photos of his El Camino right behind a tow truck, mostly like the one that dropped it off.

The car is described, “All original old-lady car, perfect body, no dents or dings, super clean interior, original 83k miles, super cold a/c. This car is in great shape.” To this sellers credit, he said “great shape,” but he never said, “will run.”

Studying for finals was a bitch and my solution was just to go drink irresponsibly and most likely get rejected by all women I hit on. On the otherhand, two Georgia Tech grads had a possibly more productive way to avoid opening a text book, make a music video. Now I’m not saying that this video is genius or even that funny but I believe some people will like it. I’m sure it will breakdown with Georgia Tech grads will saying , “hey, that’s pretty entertaining, I been to those places before,” while everyone else ( SEC schools) will just say “it’s a bunch of computer nerds trying to be cool, what a bunch of losers.” So here it is for you to decide

If you have not heard of Atlanta’s own Bum Bot then you are in for a treat with this video. The Bum Bot and his owner, Rufus Terrill, are becoming somewhat of cult legends throughout the country with their unique way of removing vagrants from their property. I will stop talking now and just let you watch the clip. It’s pretty amazing. Also, check out O’Terrill’s pub off Piedmont to see Bum Bot in action.

From Here to the Urinal was created to tell you a little more about the places around town through something every good bar has and ultimately tells you a lot about the clientèle, the urinal wall musings. So to kick it off, I wanted to start off with something crude and crass because most of what you will find in this segment will be just that. This wonderful piece of work can be found at Mr. C’s, which is an awesome dive bar off Howell Mill road. I’m not sure who Charlene is but supposedly she is quite the talented lady. I have blanked out the number because there are many of you guys would probably bother poor Charlene and try to exploit her talents. I’ve have and unfortunately and Charlene has changed her number probably do to sheer number of calls from such a stunning endorsement. Either way, here’s to Mr. C’s and definitely here’s to Charlene, a nice start to From Here to the Urinal.
