![]() | If you live in Metro Atlanta and own a car or take the bus, then you have probably have seen the Fitnesswithjeff.com ads that litter MARTA bus benches and also those plastic signs that are posted in the grass of busy intersections. The ads are not really well designed but very simply offer services that promise to rid yourself of flab with such exercises as tennis lessons, weight training and cardio. Seeing these daily on my way home from work, I’ve sometimes wondered if Fitness Jeff actually even existed. Well, yesterday, I finally got my opportunity to find out.
Yesterday, I was sitting at a stop light at Piedmont, I glanced over at a man sitting on a MARTA bench and suddenly I was bombarded by fitnesswithjeff ads from the bench, the man’s shirt and on the truck that was parked directly behind the bench. “Holy shit” I thought, “could this be Fitness Jeff”. The man seemed to be checking out the quality of the work done on the bench ad or maybe washing it down for soon to be MARTA customers. One thing this man wasn’t doing was hiding the fact that he was Fitness Jeff or was absolute obsessed with him. The bench, the shirt and the car were all covered from head to toe with the fitnesswithjeff.com url and silhouette pictures of tennis players and men lifting weights. I can assume but could not confirm this was Fitness Jeff. As the light turned green and I drove away, I was able to take one picture of him to prove what I have seen.

After my run in with Fitness Jeff and my desire to confirm who I had seen, I finally went to fitnesswithjeff.com. After perusing the site and the pictures of him playing tennis, lifting weights and looking fit, I was able to confirm that I saw Fitness Jeff.
